Please note that all orders take up to 1-3 days to be processed and shipped out. If you have any questions or concerns about your order feel free to send us an e-mail and someone will get back to you with in 24hrs!

Refunds & Exchanges:

Strange Vixens is a NYC base company that hand makes each garment per order. (U.S. RESIDENCE) All sales are final if you wish to exchange any items purchased, we will gladly accept the un-worn, or defective items for an exchange, within 14 days of receipt of purchase. For our (OVER SEAS) customers we accept exchanges within 30 days from the date of receipt. If your package is damaged simply send us an e-mail and we will gladly send you return instructions along with a shipping stamp to cover shipping cost. If you are Not completely satisfied with your purchase Strange Vixens will gladly give you a store credit.
